Automation Flows

What this feature does:
Automation Flows support structured conversation journeys and flow-based automated responses.

When to use it:
Use automation flows when your team needs guided multi-step responses, especially for WhatsApp.

How to use it:

1. Open Automation.
2. Select Automation Flows.
3. Create or update your flow journey.
4. Return to Automation Settings.
5. Enable Prioritize WhatsApp flow over AI.
6. Save settings.

Expected result:
WhatsApp flow is used as the active automated experience on WhatsApp when enabled.

Important notes:

• When WhatsApp flow priority is enabled, AI still handles other connected channels.
• If a flow is already active for a contact, response sequence priority may not apply.
• Flow availability can depend on workspace setup and permissions.
