What is Chazt?

Chazt is a customer communication and automation platform that helps businesses manage customer conversations, campaigns, contacts, orders, support tickets, and automation from one place.

Which channels does Chazt support?

Chazt publicly references WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website chat, and other customer conversation channels. The codebase shows customer-facing support for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and related social comment workflows. Confirm channel availability for your workspace.

How do I log in?

Open Chazt, enter your email and password, and select Sign In.

How do I reset my password?

Select Forgot Password? from the login page and follow the reset instructions.

How do I invite a team member?

Open Team, select Invite user, enter the email address, choose a role, and send the invite.

What roles are available?

The app shows Manager and Agent as customer-facing role options. Managers have broader access, while agents may have limited access to settings and billing.

Why can’t I see Billing, Settings, or Developer Tools?

Your role may not have permission. Agent users may not see some admin-level areas.

How do I connect WhatsApp?

Open the dashboard and select Connect WhatsApp, then complete the setup flow.

Why can’t I send a WhatsApp message?

What are templates?

How do I create a campaign?

Open Campaigns, create a new campaign, select a group and template, fill in variables, choose scheduling, and confirm.

Can I schedule campaigns?

Yes, campaign scheduling appears supported. You can also skip scheduling and send immediately where available.

How do I add contacts?

Open Contacts, select Add Contact, enter the required information, and save.

Can I import contacts?

Yes. Use Import Contacts and upload an XLSX file. Download the sample template first for best results.

What are groups?

Groups organize contacts so you can manage audiences or send campaigns to selected groups.

What are leads?

Leads are potential customers or opportunities that your team can track, update, and follow up on.

What are customers?

Customers are people or records classified as customers in Chazt. Customer classification rules should be confirmed with the Chazt team.

What are orders?

Orders help your team track customer order details, statuses, and related information.

Can I customize order statuses?

Yes, authorized users can configure order statuses and status notifications in Order Settings.

Yes. AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy and tone before sending to customers.

What documents can I upload for AI?

The UI references PDF, DOCX, and TXT files for AI knowledge documents.

How do I contact support?

Open Help & Support, select Tickets or Contact Support, and submit your request.
