WhatsApp Business
Connect your WhatsApp Business account to automate customer support and sales directly on the world's most popular messaging app.
- Go to **Settings > Channels**.
- Click **Add Channel** and select **WhatsApp**.
- Follow the Facebook Login prompt to authorize Chazt.
Shopify
Integrate your Shopify store to allow Chazt to track orders, manage returns, and check inventory automatically.
- Install the Chazt app from the Shopify App Store.
- Login to your Chazt account to sync your store data.
Web Chat
Add a live chat widget to your website to engage with visitors in real-time.
Tip: You can customize the look and feel of your Web Chat widget in the **Settings > Web Chat** section.
