Chazt is built for collaboration. Learn how to bring your team on board and assign the right roles to each member.
Inviting Members
To invite a new member, go to **Settings > Team** and click the "Invite Member" button. Enter their email address and select the appropriate role.
Understanding Roles
Admin
Full access to settings, billing, and team management.
Agent
Can manage conversations, view customers, and use automations.
Viewer
Read-only access to conversations and analytics.
Managing Permissions
You can change a member's role or remove them from your team at any time from the Team settings page.
