Preparation Checklist
To improve the chance of verification, confirm the following:
- Your website is active and uses SSL.
- Your website shows the company name, address, and phone number.
- The phone number on the website matches the number in Business Manager.
- Your account email uses the same domain as the company website.
- If you verify through phone number, make sure the number can receive calls.
- If the phone line uses IVR, disable it temporarily during verification.
- The trade name on your documents matches the name used on your website and Facebook page.
- If the names differ, show the relationship clearly on the website footer, for example:
Company ABC powered by Company D.
Step-by-Step Process
- Log in to Facebook with your account.
- Open Facebook Business Manager.
- Click the menu icon in the top left corner.
- Select Business Settings.
- Open Business Info from the left sidebar.
- Enter your business name, address, and contact details.
