Workflow: Configuring settings

Goal:
Update account, organization, automation, WhatsApp, or ticket settings.

Before you begin:

• You need permission to access the selected settings area.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Open Settings from the navigation menu.
2. Choose the settings area:
   • Account Settings
   • Organization Settings
   • Automation Settings
   • WhatsApp Settings
   • Ticket Settings
3. Update the required fields.
4. Save changes.

What happens next:
The updated settings apply to your account or workspace.

Troubleshooting tips:

• If the settings area is not visible, your role may not allow access.
• If changes do not save, check required fields.
• If channel settings fail, confirm the connected account is active.
